- The more we know the personality of the receiver, the greater the likelihood that we can communicate more effectively.
- The more we know about the message with an appeal to the target audience the greater the likelihood that we can communicate with them more effectively.
- In general the more we know the channel, which is used by the receiver, the better we communicate.
- In general the more we know about the source which is respected by the receiver the greater the chances we have of succeeding in communication efforts.
