Strategies for effective group communication
- Present issues: Problems and their solutions. Example : The issue can be Marketing of apples in Humla , Jumla and Mustang, soil erosion in Nepal etc.
- Plans, Program, Technique and Implementation: After knowing the present issues and problems programs should be made for implementing plan
- Review of the situation through meeting; evaluate the work done frequently to know the progress problem of the program.
- Close examination of development in which various groups in term of agricultural, Political, economic, social, cultural, ethnical etc.
- Creation of standard basis for future development plan. The situation basis is determined on the basis of past experiences.
- Different group have different interest
- Take network topology into account when making decisions on how to replicate information
