Introduction

Nutrition is the process in which organisms obtain food and use it to conduct life activities such as growth, replacement, reproduction, etc. There are six types of nutrients required by the body. They are carbohydrates, protein, fats, vitamins, minerals, and water. Among these, the former three nutrients have energy value. Our body utilizes first carbohydrates then fat and lastly protein.
