b) Light to moderate activities domestic work, yard work, light work, walking (150-300 kcal)
c) Moderate activities :300-420 kcal
d)Heavy activities : 20-600 kcal
e) General formula : women 0.9kcal/kg body wt./hr, Men 1kcal/kg body wt./hr.
