Agriculture and Farming System :

  • The agriculture system may be defined as a whole complex of strategies and operations in agriculture, including all the variations in the size and complexity of enterprises in which changes in production processes are determined by the interaction of existing biophysical, socioeconomic, and policy environment.
  • Farming system can be defined as an arrangement of farm enterprises and their management in response to biophysical and socioeconomic factors to fulfill family goals.
