Semen collection methods and evaluation:

There are three common methods.

  1. Use of artificial vagina
  2. By Electro-stimulation method.
  3. Massaging the ampullae of the duct our differences through the rectal wall.

The ideal method of semen collection is the use of an artificial vagina which is safe for the sire and the collector also.
