Universal antidote

The universal antidote consists of:

Activated charcoal        2 part

Magnesium oxide         1 part

Tannic acid      1 part

Warm water     1 glass

  • The victim is given this antidote, allowed to remain in for 2-3 minutes, and then given another dose of emetic.
  • It is wise to keep the ingredients on hand or request the local physician.
  • If the antidote is not available at hand in the village, the patient is given an enormous amount of milk, strong tea white of several eggs mixed in milked milk burnt toast, or plenty of water.
