Approach of implementation of social mobilization
a) Get organized:

b) Identify genuine leaders:

c) Identify the problem:
- Identify and prioritize the what people are willing to undertake
- Identify the opportunities and need but not demand
d) Identify the priority:
- To undertake feasibility of identified opportunities and need
- Analyze the people capacity willingness, equity sustainability
- Analyze requirement and availability of resources from within & outside.
e) Undertake the feasibility:
- Requirement of resources and availability from and within
- People capacity, willingness, equity and sustainability

f) Arrange, secure and facilitate:
- To arrange and secure facilitate to flow the required resources to the community.
g) Monitor, Lobby and establish linkage:
- Establish monitoring indicators
- Monitor the implementing projects with participatory monitoring tools
- Lobby with likeminded agencies
- Establish linkage between communities and other development agencies.
