Stage 1: Organization development:

  • Collect data and prepare village profile.
  • Make contact at village settlement and raise awareness

 

Stage 2: Planning and identification of opportunity:

  • Identify the HH level opportunity
  • Prepare settlement level investment plan
  • Explore social needs of community level
  • Identify and quantify the means required to materialize the opportunities

 

Stage 3 : Implementation of opportunities:

  • Inoculate the habits of participating
  • Inoculate the habit of partnership with another agency
  • Teach how to mobilize the resources
  • Training related to implementation
  • Support in monitoring, public audit

 

Stage 4: Shaping the future:

  • Carry out participatory evaluation
