Type of community development program
- Integrative:
- emphasis on development and the coordination of technical service.
- Substantial technical and financial resources are channeled through this organization to achieve centrally planned development goal.
- Adaptive:
- involves little changes in administrative organization of government.
- These are called adaptive because they can be attached with any department and adapted to prevailing administrative organization of the government.
- Some of the program have as their objectives is the improvement of interdepartmental coordination and better relationship between national measure and community development activities.
- Project type:
a) Inter-ministerial in characters with primary responsibility for administration resting in a functional ministry
b) In an autonomous agency under the general direction of an official appointed by the president and council composed of representative of ministries and other government and private institution
c) Multifunctional with responsibility for both policy and administration assigned in a single department
